Join Bears Ears Partnership's first annual week of volunteering in honor of National Moth Week, with support from Utah Pollinator Pursuit! Be part of this important effort to observe and celebrate the local moths that support the wider Bears Ears ecosystem and Colorado Plateau. Anyone can participate in the Community Science Moth Count! You can participate from your own backyard, or join Volunteer Manager Ricky Begaye out in the field at a number of sites.

Join this optional webinar to learn why Community Science is important and how you can get involved. 

Join us on Friday, August 23 for a day of volunteering at Cave Towers to help protect and maintain the Bears Ears region for all visitors. 

Join BEP for a day of volunteering near Butler Wash in the Bears Ears National Monument on Friday, September 6. 

Join us for Fall Ambassador Training on Saturday, September 14! Join us in safeguarding the beauty that is Bears Ears. As Ambassadors, you get to enjoy group hikes, small get-togethers, and educational training you don’t want to miss out on. 

Join us at the Bears Ears Education Center on Saturday, September 14th at 6pm to learn about The Biocrust Project, which merges art and science. This presentation features Kristen Redd, Program Manager at the Nature Conservancy's Dugout Ranch Canyonlands Research Center, and multidisciplinary artist Jorge Rojas who helped create the project.

Celebrate National Public Lands Day by volunteering with Bears Ears Partnership on Saturday, September 28.

BEP will be hosting several stewardship projects in different locations around the Bears Ears National Monument. Join us and help protect the monument for all visitors!

Check out Bears Ears Partnership’s programs in the 2024 Bluff Arts Festival, an annual gathering featuring workshops, films, music, and markets. This year, BEP will be hosting an art walk and a basket weaving workshop.

Join us for a special presentation featuring Diné/Hopi artist Venaya Yazzie on Saturday, November 2 at the Bears Ears Education Center. Yazzie, who created the Visit With Respect mural in Bluff, will share about how her art practices are connected to land and identity. 

The Bears Ears Education Center is back open for the season! Bluff community members are invited to join a volunteer and community outreach day on Friday March 28th at the BEEC.
