The Bears Ears Education Center is back open for the season! Bluff community members are invited to join a volunteer and community outreach day on Friday March 28th at the BEEC.

Join us for the Grand Opening of the Bluff River Trail in Bluff, Utah on Friday, April 25, with programs continuing throughout the weekend! 

 Come learn about the Bluff River Trail and a new accessible section area, which will help improve access for Indigenous elders and those of all abilities. This multi-year collaborative project would not have been possible without the support of the Bears Ears Inter-Tribal Commission, Bears Ears Partnership, Bluff River Trail Committee, World Monuments Fund, the State of Utah, Utah Division of Outdoor Recreation, Eccles Foundation, David Kelby Johnson Memorial Foundation, private individuals, and many more partners. 

Join us for a Dark Sky Party and enjoy Bluff’s spectacular dark skies! All experience levels welcome. We will provide several telescopes for you to use, and you are welcome to bring your own.

Become a Visit With Respect Ambassador by signing up for our Ambassador Training on Saturday, April 26. Learn more about helping protect sites, trails, and this immensely beautiful cultural landscape. Be the first person to inform visitors about responsible visitation. Who else to educate the public than Ambassadors who truly have a love for this landscape than you? 

Save the date for Spring Stewardship Day on Sunday, April 27! Join us out on the landscape and help protect the Bears Ears region.
