Since 2024, Bears Ears Partnership has published the Partnership Magazine – an annual celebration of our partnerships throughout the region, and a testament to all that we have accomplished together through collaboration.

Volume 3 – Confluence (2026)
Volume 3 features highlights of different perspectives around watershed conservation, centered around the collaborative effort of the largest watershed in the history of the Manti-La Sal National Forest. Learn more about watershed science, Tribal perspectives on water, and BEP’s new River Program.
Plus: Reflections of Visit With Respect’s 10-year anniversary; the evolution of the dark sky program; protecting the “Lands Between”; and Chris Lewis’s fiber arts and Kate Aitchison’s multidisciplinary art.
Volume 2 – The Land Can't Wait (2025)
Volume 2 highlights two major milestones in BEP’s evolving conservation and stewardship programs: the completion of a multi-year collaboration to update the Upper Sand Island Petroglyph Panel; and the acquisition of the Canyon Country Youth Corps, which trains young adults in conservation projects across the Four Corners region in collaboration with state and federal agencies and other partners.

Volume 1 – Pathways to Home (2024)
Volume 1 traces the evolution of the collaborative leadership structures behind co-management and protection of the Bears Ears National Monument, including how Tribal gatherings have supported Tribes in reconnecting to ancestral landscapes.
Also in this issue: a reflection from the Bears Ears Inter-Tribal Coalition on the significance of Native paradigms of co-management; ethnobotanical monitoring; river trips with Ancestral Wayves; a Historic Preservation initiative with Ancestral Lands Conservation Corps; and updates and reflections from Conservation, Education, and Visit With Respect Programs.
