Join us for this Weed Wrangle on Saturday, May 4 in Indian Creek to help protect the Monument! Meet at Creek Pasture Campground at 9am, and after weeding, stick around for a bonus talk about butterflies and citizen science.

AGENDA:

9am: Gather at Creek Pasture Campground

9a-12pm: Remove invasive weeds from campground and parking area

12pm: Lunch

1:30pm: Stick around for a butterfly talk! Head to Newspaper Rock for a short guided hike to learn about butterflies, led by Ricky. Ricky will talk about how to recognize the butterflies in this area, and ways to become involved in citizen science.
